Home visits are available during business hours for patients who cannot attend the clinic due to their medical condition/immobility. We only offer this for our allied health services – Exercise Physiology and Dietitians. Patients are encouraged to attend the clinic if they can with the assistance of their relatives or carers. If agreed that a home visit will have to be made, the appointment time will be organised by our reception staff based on our practitioner availability. Our practitioners regularly visit a number of homes, nursing homes and retirement villages in close proximity to our clinics. There may be a surcharge for the home visit and you will be notified prior to the appointment if this applies.
Blood tests, X-rays, Ultrasounds and other results will usually be returned to your doctor within 3 working days. You will be contacted by our staff if an appointment is necessary to discuss those results with your doctor. However, please feel free to call our clinic if you would like to know your test results. An appointment may be required to discuss your results.
