7) Monitor what and how much you eat.
If you are eating too much in one sitting, this may cause your stomach to expand and cause unnecessary bloating. You may also get bloated by consuming foods which you have an intolerance for or are allergic to. Therefore, before a meal be sure that it does not include the food which you are allergic to or have an intolerance towards.
